History & search

Find anything you've ever copied.

Every copy lands in a searchable history — full-text and fuzzy, filtered as you type. Narrow it with a compact filter syntax: type img, url, [tag:work] or [pin:] and press Tab to turn it into a chip.

  • Full-text & fuzzy search, instantly
  • Filter chips: item · pin · tag · index
  • Quick type filters — TXT, IMG, URL, and more

Tags

Tag it once. Find it forever.

Label any clip with color-coded tags (⌘T). Tagged items are kept safe from automatic cleanup and are one [tag:] away. Tag several at once, with suggestions from tags you already use.

  • ⌘T to tag — with autocomplete suggestions
  • Color-coded automatically
  • Filter with [tag:] · protected from cleanup

Built-in intelligence

A clipboard that understands what you copy.

Six built-in detectors light up on their own — URL, color, JSON, QR, OCR, and file. Each renders an interactive card right under the item, with one-key actions (⌘1–9): copy, enlarge a QR, open a link. No setup.

Actions

Transform on the spot.

Press ⌘K and run any of 14 built-in actions on the selected item — Base64, URL and JSON encode/decode, MD5 / SHA-256 / SHA-512, generate a QR code, compress an image, or save it to a file. All from the keyboard.

  • ⌘K to open the action palette
  • Encode / decode / hash
  • Compress images · save as file

Pinned

Keep your go-to clips one filter away.

Pin the commands, replies, and links you reach for every day (⌘P). Pinned clips are protected from cleanup and surface instantly with the [pin:] filter.

  • ⌘P to pin
  • Filter with [pin:]
  • Never auto-cleaned

Keyboard-first

Summon, act, paste — never touch the mouse.

One global shortcut (⌘⇧V) brings Clipbus up over any app. New to the shortcuts? Just hold ⌘ and every action shows its key — ⌘↩ copy, ⌘T tag, ⌘E edit, ⌘P pin, ⌘K actions.

And the essentials

The details that add up.

CopyStack

Collect many clips in order, then paste them out one by one with ⌃⇧⌘A.

End-to-end encrypted sync

Carry your history across Macs through your own iCloud Drive — encrypted so no one else can read it. Opt-in, Pro.

Private by design

Local-first, no account for local use, and per-app exclusion so password managers never get captured.

Programmable

Write plugins with detectors, renderers, and actions in Node + a web UI.
